It was nice to feel like we were coming home for the day and had a place to wind down, play games, and enjoy the backyard. This home was within driving distance to all of the places we wanted to visit… Graceland, Sun record Studios, the Civil Rights Museum, and great suggested restaurants from the host. I will definitely recommend this home to my friends and family who are planning to visit Memphis in the future. “We thought the house was very nice. Was convenient for us and the events we were in town for. House was spacious and comfortable. Would stay there again. Kids had fun with the arcade machines. The downsides for us that we didn't expect but host should address: The gate to the backyard from the driveway was missing, so we had to leash our dogs in the back instead of letting them roam. The rails on the pool table were collapsed and didn't have any bounce. Primary bedroom tv remote didn't have batteries so we swapped them from the fan remote.”

There’s plenty of space for everyone to spread out and be comfortable, making it perfect for larger groups or families. Plus, there’s so much to do on-site! The location is fantastic too, within just 10 minutes from all the city staples and a variety of restaurants. The host was incredibly responsive, and the check-in process was a breeze. “The RETRO MEMPHIS GAME HOUSE was an absolute blast for our! From the moment we walked in, the fun vibe was contagious. Our game night was epic thanks to the fantastic pool table, giant Jenga, and huge Tic Tac Toe – hours flew by! All the essentials were provided, and the beds were comfortable. We also appreciated the abundance of towels, perfect for both the stock pool and general use. Cleanliness was generally good, though we did notice a pet stain on the sofa. However, a quick call to Sabrina resulted in an emergency housekeeper arriving promptly to address it, which was fantastic service. Despite that minor hiccup, the immediate resolution and overall enjoyment make this a highly recommended retreat!”

We encountered an issue from previous guests she was not aware of and she addressed the situation very helpfully and swiftly. The pool was not clear and didn’t have super clean water unfortunately — it was pretty green and slimy from not being well filtered but if you’re ok with swimming in natural areas like creeks or lakes then this won’t bother you much. The kids didn’t mind one bit. Overall the space was really cool and comfortable and had ample room to move around. Everything was easy to use and find. Plenty of towels and linens were a big plus too. Nice toiletries as well.”
