You'll find 3 bedrooms on the main floor. The master bedroom has a king bed & private ensuite bathroom. The next 2 bedrooms on this floor have 1 queen bed in each Downstairs, the fourth & fifth bedrooms have a full-over-full bunk bed in each. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ This home has 2 full bathrooms. The master ensuite bathroom has a sink, a toilet, and shower/tub combo. We are pet-friendly! Pet fee is $50 per pet, per night, max of 4 pets. Pool Pass: You’ll need the Pool Card and pay $6 per guest, per day (cash only) to access the pool. Kids 5 and under are free. The pool card confirms you’re a welcome guest but doesn’t cover the daily pool fee. Pool access is permitted for up to 18 people, which aligns with the maximum number of guests allowed at the home. This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind. Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal. MASSANUTTEN VILLAGE COMMUNITY RULES This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat. 1. NOISE - Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. - Keep noise indoors during these hours. - No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents. 2. PARKING - Keep all tires off the road. - Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host. - Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840) - No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host. 3. OUTDOOR FIRES - High wildfire risk area! - No open fires. - No unattended fires. - No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM). - Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check MassanuttenVillage . com or electronic sign at entrance for updates. 4. ALCOHOL - No open containers on roads or in common areas. 5. PETS - Leash always required when outside. - Clean up after your pets. 6. TRASH - Do not place garbage/trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or carports. We had a nice stay at Bri’s place. It was conveniently located near Massanutten resort which we loved. The hot tub and movie room were a wonderful place to relax.

we had a great stay at Bri's house. the home matched the pics and description - had a hip fun, vibe, was roomy, and had a lot to do. our kids loved the arcade and games in the basement, and the theater room was a great spot. we found everything to be clean and welcoming, and had no issue finding everything we needed to cook and bake while there. Bri was super responsive, helpful and friendly as well.

The house was just what we were looking for! The photos described it accurately and it was the perfect space for our group to spend time when not on the slopes of nearby massanutten. Host was responsive quickly and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. 5 stars!

Definitely a very relaxing place to stay in. We arrived early at Massanutten Resort and asked if we can come in early to the place and she let us. The host was very welcoming and accommodating. Grateful for the experience especially for the host. Our family had fun and had a very relaxing vacation. We hope to come back again next year. ✨🤍
