The bedroom on the bottom floor has a queen bed & a twin bed! On the main floor, there are two more bedrooms. One with a king bed, the other with a queen, as well as some fun games (basketball pop-a-shot & foosball). The remaining two bedrooms are on the top floor. One bedroom with a king bed, the other with two queens. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ This home has 2 full bathrooms. The bathroom on the main floor has a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo. We are pet-friendly! Pet fee is $50 per pet, per night, max of 4 pets. Pool Pass: You’ll need the Pool Card and pay $6 per guest, per day (cash only) to access the pool. Kids 5 and under are free. The pool card confirms you’re a welcome guest but doesn’t cover the daily pool fee. Pool access is permitted for up to 18 people, which aligns with the maximum number of guests allowed at the home. This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind. Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal. MASSANUTTEN VILLAGE COMMUNITY RULES This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat. 1. NOISE - Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. - Keep noise indoors during these hours. - No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents. 2. PARKING - Keep all tires off the road. - Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host. - Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840) - No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host. 3. OUTDOOR FIRES - High wildfire risk area! - No open fires. - No unattended fires. - No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM). - Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check MassanuttenVillage . com or electronic sign at entrance for updates. 4. ALCOHOL - No open containers on roads or in common areas. 5. PETS - Leash always required when outside. - Clean up after your pets. 6. TRASH - Do not place garbage/trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or carports. We had a great time at this house! Kids loved it! Sabrina was very responsive and helpful. House is like 5 minutes driving from the slopes, which is great. House is great for smaller kids (our kids are from 3yrs-8yrs) with a bunch of stuff to do. They had great time there. Definitely recommended and we’re coming back!

This place was perfect for a family with kids (4 adults, 3 kids) for a weekend at Massanutten! Our stay was unfortunately cut short because of the weather, but it was an ideal location and set up, with plenty for the kids to do inside and outside at the house! The only bummer was an issue with the oven heating. Sabrina was super responsive and communicative about troubleshooting with it so she could get a technician out to repair it and we were able to work around it. The kids are already asking if we could come back and stay again!

We stayed here with 6 kiddos, ages ranging from 2-6, and there was so much to do to keep them all occupied! Not only were there activities galore in the house and several play options outside, but the house is located just a short walk from a large playground in the neighborhood. The house was also very clean, a must when you have littles still crawling and toddling around on the floor. The host, Sabrina, was very responsive and helpful whenever we reached out. Overall, we had a wonderful trip and enjoyed staying in this home!

This home was great for our family! Only about 5 minutes away from Massanutten snow tubing, which is what we were in town for. A few restaurant options nearby - we recommend the Campfire Grill as both experiences there were great! The hot tub was nice after the kids went to bed, the playground was fun for the kids during the day and of course the basement with all the games is where we spent most of our time when we weren't out and about. I would 100% stay here again!
