“Amazing place!! If you are thinking of coming to Clearwater and doing an Airbnb, 100% recommend doing it through Brianna. You can tell this is something she does professionally by the amenities offered in the home. Every room has a huge TV and the rooms are more spatulas then the pictures show. Great communication, great host, great time.”

“Bri was extremely flexible and responsive to any questions during the entire stay. The house had everything you could think of plus extra items such as multiple pool toys, beach toys and the kitchen had everything you needed to prepare food.”

“Wonderful!”

“This house and back yard is amazing. I was traveling with my adult kids and my grandbabies. Everyone had an amazing time. Swimming basketball pool table bowling. We had such a great time. Only problem is that we didn't stay longer”

“Perfect for a weekend get away. With everything you need for a large family.”

“Great place to stay with a large group of people!”

“We had a wonderful stay! The house itself was fantastic, especially for families with kids. There was so much to do that you could easily spend your entire vacation at the house and never run out of entertainment. Several beautiful beaches are within a 20-minute drive, making the location perfect as well. We did run into a few issues during our stay, but they were completely beyond the host’s control. What really stood out was how responsive and caring she was - she went above and beyond to make things right and ensure we had a great experience. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a fun, family-friendly vacation rental.”

“We had a great stay. Spacious, comfortable, and soo much for kids to do! Heated pool in early May was something i didnt know we needed- but made it so we enjoyed it A LOT more. Thanks so much!”

“Bri was a fantastic host! She was incredibly kind and super responsive throughout our stay. The house was very clean and nice, and the photos were perfectly indicative of what the space looks like in person. I highly recommend staying here!”

“Awesome house. Great communication. Had no issues with check in or check out. Neighborhood was great.”

“This house was great, Bringing a group of friends here was a great chill place to call home for the week. Nearby park was great for runs/walks”

“Great place to stay! Home is exactly as it appears in the photos and as described. The location is great being close by to grocery stores, restaurants and beaches.”

“5/5 stars – Perfect family resort getaway! This Clearwater home is an absolute dream! Just 10 minutes from beautiful beaches, but the backyard alone made us never want to leave. Heated hole, jungle gym, bowling, BBQ grill, covered dining, and lounge seating—everything was spotless and so much fun for all ages. Inside: spacious kitchen, comfy living room with big smart TV, awesome game room with pool table and arcade games that opens to the backyard. Five well-designed bedrooms (king, queen, and plenty of fulls + fun bunk beds) and two modern bathrooms gave everyone plenty of space. Super clean, thoughtfully equipped, and perfectly located in Clearwater and near Tampa. We had the best family vacation ever and are already planning our return. Highly recommend—thank you to the amazing hosts! ❤️”

“The house was as described, filled with games and activities, and easy to access. Sabrina was responsive and helpful. Her instructions regarding the amenities were clear and easy to follow. Would recommend a stay with a group of friends.”

“Sabrina was a fast responder and a great host! She always made sure we got any accommodations we needed, even if they were last second.”

“What can I say !!!! House was beautiful just like the pictures . My family and I enjoy the back yard , pool heater worked great. And Sabrina was awesome and friendly. Also quick to answer all my questions. Will stay again!!”

“Thank you”

“On top of the unique amenities of the property, the home was also well stocked and clean. Our 7 kiddos had an absolute blast with all the activities, the bunkroom was a hit, and the decor was so fun for a quick weekend getaway!”

“Sabrina is an excellent host, we've stayed at her place a few times in the past and took the opportunity to stay again while in the area. This place is insta worthy with so much to do - you may not even need to leave the house!”

“We've been in Largo for business quite a bit this year, and Sabrina is one of the hosts we always look for. Her home is an escape, it is wonderfully laid out with more amenities than you'd find at nearly any other Airbnb. This place is almost like a resort on it's own - you could spend all your time at the house and have a blast!”

“Great stay. Great location, close to everything. Very enjoyable amenities. The beds could be a bit softer, maybe a pillow topper or added layer of foam would go a long way. Softer pillows would also make the stay Amazing, other than that everything was perfect. Highly recommend.”

“Sabrina was a wonderful host and very responsive, if we had any questions she was quick to answer! Self check-in was a breeze. Home was beautiful and fit our family perfectly! Neighborhood was quiet and very peaceful but still easily accessible to shops and highways. Absolutely would recommend this host!!”

“Sabrina was a great host! Very friendly and understanding.”
