This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind. Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature. From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge. Pet Fee is $50 fee per pet, per night, max of 4 pets. Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.

Bri was a great host. We had just touched down at the airport when Bri reached out and told us there was a maintenance problem at our original booking. She wasn't sure if it could be fixed in time for our arrival so she found us another property. She asked if we would like to switch or stay with our original booking. After looking at the other place we decided to switch and were not disappointed. The new property was equal to if not better than our original booking. Bri took care of transferring everything to the new property. The home was exceptionally cleaned and neat. It had all of the things we were looking for in our stay. The only disappointment was that the pool heater could not keep up with the weather ( temps dropped down into the 40's) but we knew that going in from Bri. She had explained prior and we knew it would be impossible to keep the pool temp up but we still enjoyed a swim or two. Bri was an exceptional host! 5*****

We had a wonderful stay here while visiting for a wedding! Bri was extremely responsive and accommodating with our early check in request and mailing us forgotten items right away. There is so much to do at the house alone and we even had a cooler and chairs to use for the beach which was ~10 mins away. We would definitely stay here again!!

We loved everthing the house has offered. The kitchen has all of the utensils and cookware to complete a meal. We enjoyed the pool and it made us feel like home. We will possibly come back again.

We were visiting the Clearwater area to cheer on our daughter running a marathon. This location was only 20 minutes away from Clearwater Beach. Restaurants & food stores just minutes away. We had a wonderful time relaxing in the pool at the end of a crazy day. Our family had a great time!! We will be back!!

Great Place! The outside is were you would spend most of your time even though the inside has plenty of entertainment with the ping pong table and the pool tables great for kids and families and Sabrina was great on making sure everything was going well! Very impressed will definitely recommend and consider next time we are in town.

Our family of 7 age ranging from 20’s-80’s. We all loved this house and all the amenities. I’ve had Airbnb with heated pools but this was the first that was actually warm. The kids loved the game room and had spontaneous putting and corn hole games outside. The fire pit was fabulous, large with ample seating for all of us. Location was only about 5-10 min to the beach. We loved this place and would certainly stay again.
