The primary bedroom is on its own side of the house and features a king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, and direct access to the patio. This room has an ensuite bathroom, complete with dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and essential toiletries from Public Goods. There are four bedrooms on the other side of the house. One is outfitted with a king, two with a queen, and one with a twin and 2 fulls over bunk beds. These bedrooms share the second full bathroom, located in the hallway between them. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo and essential toiletries from Public Goods. There is an additional half bathroom located off the main living area. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆ It's a true chef’s kitchen, with an abundance of counter space, an oversized island, and sleek countertops. You’ll find all the cooking basics here, including stainless steel appliances, a blender, a spice rack, and more. There’s even a coffee station to aid in your morning caffeine intake, complete with a Keurig, coffee pods, dry creamer, and coffee mugs. You can perch yourself at the island (seating for four) to sip on pre-dinner cocktails, then head over to the large dining table (seating for eight) to dine as a group. Enjoy the Frida mural and assortment of indoor plants for a refreshing ambiance. The kitchen and dining area open up to the cozy living room. This area is equipped with a large flat-screen Smart TV with Bluetooth capabilities, comfy sofas, and beautiful desert murals. ☆☆ GARAGE ☆☆ We transformed our garage into a fun hangout space! This beautiful space features a private heated pool, hot tub, and sun loungers.
