The a/c in one room with arcades wasn't working too well, but it's 115 outside so that's understandable. The rest of the house was very cool and comfortable. Loved the decorations and themes too! Really enjoyed our stay - Everything was perfect!! And Bri was able to accommodate a little bit later of a checkout, complimentary, which definitely helped us out!”

Bri was very responsive with outstanding recommendations and instantly resolved any issues. the only disappointment was there was supposed to be a master with a bathroom and there was not it was a bunk room. outside of that this place was outstanding and Bri was amazing. im sure she will update her description so it is correct moving forward. my family had a wonderful time”

“Our family loved the house! We had 4 adults, 5 kiddos under 8, and a baby. The kids played all day! Not a negative, but good to know for families with littles- this house doesn’t have water wings or pool toys. We brought our own, so it wasn’t a problem. The back door was also set-up nicely to prevent the smaller kids from going outside without an adult. We also appreciated all the considerate details- extra ice, tons of towels, two washer/dryers, and plenty of seating for family meals. Thanks Bri!!”

She was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and responsive. We had a small issue getting in on arrival which Sabrina resolved extremely efficiently. Completely handled in less than 10 minutes due to her responsiveness and quick action. The space itself had so much to do we canceled some plans to just be there! On top of that every room and furniture item was very well kept and clean. I could go on and on, but I will just say you cannot go wrong with a stay here. Everything was well maintained and in working order. We loved it and will definitely be booking again if we come back to Phoenix for another Soccer tournament.”

“The host and home were both great, the home looks exactly how it’s advertised. The only negative aspect of our stay was the neighborhood itself. With a basketball court, pool, and other amazing activities to do outside you would expect for the neighbors to understand that it might be louder outside of quite hours with all the laughing and everyone having a good time. Unfortunately, that wasn’t necessarily the case as the neighbors would yell things over the fence throughout all periods of our stay, resulting in us feeling a bit harassed over time. Which I would undoubtedly say affected the positive atmosphere we had. As stated previously, the host was amazing and was very respectful and friendly. The space is massive and we had so much to do, they did a great job on this home!”
