The master ensuite has one sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo. License #: 2027014 Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, please note that outdoor weather impacts the pool temperature, and colder conditions may prevent it from reaching 85 degrees. From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge. Keep in mind that the heaters may not significantly raise the water temperature above the ambient air temperature during colder weather. The pool will not be heated during the summer, as high outdoor temperatures make heating unnecessary! PLEASE NOTE: For everyone’s safety, a protective fence is installed around the back patio, before accessing the pool. Guests are not allowed to move or remove it under any circumstances. We are pet-friendly! The pet fee is $75 per pet per night, max of 4 This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property.
