You'll find 4 bedrooms on the main floor. The master bedroom has a king bed & private ensuite bathroom. The next 2 bedrooms on this floor have 1 king bed in each, as well. The fourth bedroom on this floor has two twin-over-twin bunk beds (4 twin beds total) with gorgeous views of the woods! Downstairs, the fifth bedroom has one queen bed & also a private ensuite bathroom. The sixth bedroom has two queen beds. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ This home has 3 full bathrooms. The upstairs master ensuite bathroom has two sinks, a toilet, and shower/tub combo. Right down the hall, the second bathroom has 1 sink, a toilet, and shower/tub combo. We are pet-friendly! The pet fee is $50 per pet, per night, max of 4 Pool Pass: You’ll need the Pool Card and pay $6 per guest, per day (cash only) to access the pool. Kids 5 and under are free. The pool card confirms you’re a welcome guest but doesn’t cover the daily pool fee. Pool access is permitted for up to 16 people, which aligns with the maximum number of guests allowed at the home. This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind. Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal. MASSANUTTEN VILLAGE COMMUNITY RULES This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat. 1. NOISE - Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. - Keep noise indoors during these hours. - No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents. 2. PARKING - Keep all tires off the road. - Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host. - Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840) - No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host. 3. OUTDOOR FIRES - High wildfire risk area! - No open fires. - No unattended fires. - No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM). - Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check MassanuttenVillage . com or electronic sign at entrance for updates. 4. I booked Bri’s place for my wife’s surprise birthday ski trip weekend. I invited all her friends and all our kids. We were left blown away with how cool this place is. This place looks BETTER than the pictures. The kids had a blast, but I think us adults had even more fun with all the amenities. This truly is the perfect spot, because once you are done having a great time on the slopes, you get to come home to more fun. The beds were super comfy. The couch is in the living room is perfect for naps. The theater room was 10/10. You instantly become the coolest parent in the world when you put Ms. Rachel on a massive movie screen. I also watched PPV boxing in the theatre and it was a dream. The putt putt/Bowling room speaks for itself. The double laundry unit actually may be the most clutch amenity. The host was super responsive and helpful. All in all it was amazing. We will certainly be back! Thank you again, Bri!

My family of 14 stayed at this home valentine weekend 2026 and we loved it. The house lived up to the photos posted! We were for sure that something would be missing but we were wrong. There is a movie room, the bowling, the golfing and the full and large game room! Glad that every bathroom has a shower with 14 people having to get ready. Never felt cluttered or on top of each other. Bedrooms were spacious and clean, bathrooms were spacious and cleaned. Plenty to do in the home. We loved the movie room and did not want to leave. Bri was quickly responsive to any messages that I sent. We will definitely book through Bri again! Great weekend!

My family just met up for a two night stay to enjoy skiing and snow tubing in Massanutten. This home comfortably fit our large group and had so many great indoor entertainment options for the kids to play with. Sabrina was an excellent host and very responsive and timely in addressing any small issue we had. We noticed prior renters had damaged the cookware and she immediately delivered new large cookware to use that same morning! The house provides ample starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, body and hair soap, which was appreciated. All beds were comfortable and linens and towels were clean. The driveway provided roomy parking for our vehicles, including a 15-passenger van! This home is conveniently up the road from all snow activities, which was only a 7-10 minute drive to ski activities. Local grocery stores are just 3 miles away. Sabrina also was super gracious and allowed our family to check in early and out late. Would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved this place and the whole experience of staying here. There are so many games and entertainment options that made our stay extra fun. The kitchen is very well equipped, we spent a lot of time playing in the game room, and the jacuzzi was amazing. We had such a great time and would love to come back and stay for more days in the future!

This beautiful house is so warm and accommodating. Sabrina’s place was the best option for our group of 11 adults and 4 kids. There’s a lot of space in the house and plenty of fun activities that keep the kids and adults busy, the cleaning was amazing, the best cleaning I have ever enjoyed in all of our trips with Airbnb, the host also was extremely helpful she helped us with an early check in that blessed our trip a lot. There’s a laundry that has 2 washers and 2 dryers, amazing !! I loved the house furniture and the decorations makes you feel happy, and it looks even nicer then just what you see in the pictures. ALL THE BEDS WERE SO GOOD, so clean and comfy and was Very good quality, EVERYTHING WORKED SO WELL, that every one of us didn’t had a single thing to complain about. The place and the resort is Beautiful, surrounded by mountains and ski stations right 8 minutes away, the house heating was awesome too, we were Very Satisfied with our stay at Sabrina’s house. Thank you!!!!!

Unforgettable stay! We celebrated New Years with my extended family which included kids ages 2-7. Jaws hit the floor when everyone saw the theater room + mini-putt room. The kids were in heaven! The house's theme is on point, very clean and well-kept, awesome host, and amazing privacy. Our group made incredible memories here! Two things to note before visiting (neither of which is really the owner's fault): 1. Parking is limited to only 4 vehicles (no garage). This is tough for a house that sleeps 16+ guests. Carpooling is a must. Also plan on using the overflow lot which is 4 min away. 2. Trash needs to be delivered to the community dumpsters located 7 min away. Our group had a pickup truck so this wasn't a problem, but I've never had to do this before is all. Overall, we LOVED this house, and would definitely consider coming back!
