The second & third bedrooms have two full beds in each. The fourth bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunks, while the fifth bedroom has two full-over-full bunks, & is also LOADED with games & entertainment! ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ There are two and a half modern bathrooms throughout the home. The ensuite master bathroom has 2 sinks, a toilet, & a walk-in shower. The full hallway bathroom has a sink, toilet, & shower/tub combo. The final bathroom has a sink & toilet only. ☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆ The modern kitchen is located right off of the main living areas, and is loaded with all new stainless steel appliances & a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods). Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature. From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge. Please note, the pool will not be heated during the summer due to high outdoor temperatures. We are pet-friendly! The pet fee is $75 per pet per night, max of 4 This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property.
